Case study: NAAFI

NAAFI is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ministry of Defence. It exists to provide retail and catering services to the British Forces overseas.

Research had shown a deep dissatisfaction with NAAFI supermarkets that had been successfully addressed with a series of initiatives around product and service. NAAFI wanted to demonstrate the success of their strategy to key stakeholders.

A detailed research study confirmed that satisfaction had improved but it was the videos we created which brought these findings to life powerfully and quickly within the organisation.

Research can often be a means to an end in organisations.

On delivery of a research study we would work with the client to create a narrative supported by the research and deliver real customer interviews to bring it to life on film.
