Case study: Top 3 grocery retailer
Each year this retailer conducts a full brand review with in depth analysis of their positioning, capabilities and marketing communications strategies. This provides the foundation for the marketing plan development process.
For two consecutive years, Brandface has led this process in partnership with a senior insight manager from the retailer. We worked in situ at the client’s office for 3 days a week through the 2 months of the review’s development. By doing this we were able not only to analyse existing data but also develop strategic hypotheses which we could instigate quick turn around research to verify immediately.
This enabled challenging hypotheses to be presented to the most senior stakeholders in the organisation bolstered by strong and current supporting evidence which facilitated bolder and clearer decision making.
